Summary: We went to Arkansas to dig in the Crater of Diamonds State Park. We found this nice little diamond in the rough called the Gemstone. First off it’s off the grid and quiet and secluded. Second, the place is nice. Third it is well appointed and maintained. If you’re looking for a place to stay when going to dig, this is the place you must stay at!!!!!!

Summary: We had a short two night stay at the Gemstone. Its decor was perfect for a trip to the Crater of Diamonds State Park and a quick drive away. The cabin was very clean with new appliances and furnishings. We had everything we needed to make it home away from home and were quite comfortable.

Summary: Calling it a cabin is an understatement. It was a beautiful home with a beautiful view and brand new interior. We had a great time. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen immaculate and the bathrooms, luxurious. No complaints. Only suggestion? Nightlights. It is dark in the country.

Summary: We decided to take a trip to dig for diamonds at the Crater of Diamonds. The Gemstone seemed very fitting for that trip. It was me, my husband, 15 year old daughter and one of her friends. The cabin setup was perfect. The location was convenient to everything!

Summary: We went to the Diamond mine and actually found one! Played cornhole, sat in the fire pit area, walked down to the pond area, just generally relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. A wonderful getaway!

Summary: We came to town to visit the Diamond mind and the location to the park and to town was perfect. The town square is super cute with a variety of restaurants and shops. The house was roomy and comfortable and very well refurbished. We enjoyed the outdoor space including fire pit for roasting marshmallows and playing bags.
